You can't always run programs as administrator by default. This can be pretty annoying sometimes especially when we are in a hurry. You will need to right click and choose run as administrator.

1- Click on start menu and all apps. Find the program you want to always run as administrator. Right click on the shortcut then click Open file location.

2- File explorer window will open the location of the program you want to access. Right click on the program and click properties from the menu.

3-
In the Properties window, click the Shortcut tab and then click Advanced.

4- In the Advanced Properties window, check the box next to Run as administrator and click OK.
